What you need to have:

• Great English skills and excellent writing abilities
• Some Technical Writing experience
• Experience/Knowledge of SaaS technologies Nice to have:
• Zendesk
• Microsoft Dynamics
• Previous experience in an IT Support position Responsibilities:
• Documenting new Product features
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience
• Overhaul all customer-facing documents
